Louis F. Grammes CLU, CFBS is a Certified Family Business Specialist designee with uFinancial Group, located in Mechanicsburg, PA. He has over 45 years of experience counseling his clients in succession planning, exit strategies, and wealth preservation, and working with his client’s advisors. He is known for being a highly creative professional in making sure his clients business transition efficiently and with as little tax impact as possible. During the past several years, Lou has had several “Changing of the Guard” articles published in Forbes magazine and the Central Penn Business Journal. Lou has served his community through his involvement with Rotary, the American Trauma Society, March of Dimes, The Children’s Playroom, his church and is currently serving as a member of the Asbury Communities Board of Directors and Chair of the Compensation Committee.
