Professional Story:

The son of career educators, Vic graduated from Penn State University in 1982 and started his career with uFinancial Group (formerly Wienken and Associates) in State College, PA. When the firm expanded to start an office in Chester County in 1989, Vic, his wife Faith, and their children relocated to Kennett Square to begin to process of building the firm’s presence in the Delaware Valley.

The Wienken & Associates team (now uFinancial Group) and Vic’s Financial Planning practice grew out of his strong teaching genetics. Retirement Planning seminars held in universities, high schools and corporate establishments throughout the area drew new clients seeking a trusted relationship and a greater understanding of how to direct their financial plans and resources towards their goals. New advisors continued to join the firm, drawn to a mentor-based process that values collaborative client relationships built on a comprehensive planning approach.

As the Dupuis family grew, Vic took his teaching and mentoring talents into the community, volunteering for many years as a sports coach, church elder, and elected School Board director. He enjoyed being a voice of reason for athletes, parents, and community members, navigating growth and pursuing excellence in an increasingly challenging environment. Now, as a grandfather, he’s investing in the next generation.
